Serie 3
In Series 3, we present skills for athletics and table tennis. We also launch the first skills for alpine skiing, snowboarding, floorball, snowshoeing and cross-country skiing.
Athletics Skill 1 – Point to point sprint
This skill trains sprinting ability and boosts the athletes’ speed, agility and reaction times.
Table Tennis Skill 1 – Juggling
This skill tests the player’s capacity for coordination in handling the ball on the paddle. These coordination gestures are very specific to table tennis
Athletics Skill 2 – Standing long jump
With this skill the jumping power and jumping is challenged.
Cross Country Skiing Skill 1 – Sprint without poles
This skill is about completing the route as fast as possible without poles.
Cross Country Skiing Skill 2 – Slalom Course
This skill is about completing the slalom course as fast as possible. Among other things, this skill develops a sense of direction and balance as well as dexterity and mobility on cross-country skis.
Cross Country Skiing Skill 3 – Equipment Challenge
This skill is about walking or jogging as fast as possible to the turning point and equipping oneself with cross-country skis and poles. This skill develops agility, among other things.
Snowshoeing Skill 1 – Sprint
With skill you train to improve speed with snowshoes.
Snowshoeing Skill 2 – Course
The objective of this skill is to improve dexterity and mobility, agility.
Snowboard Skill 1 – Tip & Toe
This skill develops stationary balance and mobility.
Snowboard Skill 2 – One foot frontside & backside
This skill develops balance, flexibility and turning technique on both edges.
Snowboard Skill 3 – Stand up & turn
This skill develops balance, orientation and flexibility for standing up.
Alpine Skiing Skill 1 – Straight & Flat
This skill trains the reaction and technique of skating on flat terrain.
Alpine Skiing Skill 2 – A square on the snow
This skill helps to develop the skate skiing technique and orientation on level ground.
Alpine Skiing Skill 3 – The Sun
This skill helps to develop independence of the legs, balance and orientation.
