Series 5
In series 5 we present skills basketball, bocce, floorball, aquatics, athletics, cycling, football, golf, petanque, tennis and table tennis.
Bocce Skill 2 – TWO PALLINAS
This skill trains throwing accuracy in the short-range and long-range game
Table Tennis Skill 2 – SERVICE
This skill makes it possible to accurately evaluate the player’s service. The service can be made in half-volley, as in tournaments.
Football Skill 6 – TOUCH THE BALL
With this skill, athletes train leg work and touching the ball. They also train endurance by continuing their effort for 30 seconds.
Floorball Skill 1 – STICK HANDLING
This skill trains the athlete’s feel for, and control of, the ball while guiding it closely on Fore- and Backhand.
Golf Skill 1 – SHORT PUTT
This skill develops concentration and orientation skills in the short putt.
Tennis Skill 4 – SERVICE TEST
This skill trains precision and regularity of the serve.
Athletics Skill 3 – PENDULUM RUN
This skill trains speed and endurance in sprinting and running.
Basketball Skill 3 – SPEED DRIBBLE
This skill exercises stationary dribbling dexterity and speed.
In addition, it trains dribbling with both hands.
Cycling Skill 4 – PENDULUM RACE
This skill develops sprinting and endurance, as well as effective braking and acceleration.
Petanque Skill 3 – IN THE TRAFFIC
This skill evaluates the player’s ability to direct their throw, ensuring that it goes in the desired direction, by rolling the pétanque ball.
Swimming Skill 3 – FLOATATION
This skill trains the work with the legs in the ventral and dorsal positions.
