In series 6 we present skills for aquatics, athletics, basketball, bocce, cycling, football, golf, petanque, tennis and table tennis.

Swimming Skill 4 – A HOLE IN THE WATER

This skill trains swimming under water, with its main components.

This skill trains athletes to lead the ball. They must control the ball to keep it close while moving along a set course.

Golf Skill 2 – LONG PUTT

This skill develops concentration, orientation and differentiation in the long putt.

Golf Skill 3 – CHIP SHOT

This skill develops the athlete’s skill, ability to orient and differentiate in executing chip shots a few metres from the green, at a distance of 14 m.

Petanque Skill 4 – ACCURACY

This skill evaluates the player’s ability to adjust their throw to avoid throwing too far, i.e. so their throw goes much further than the goal, or to throw too short, meaning that the ball stops too soon before reaching the goal.
