Special Series Football: Skill 5 Dribble & Shoot
Description
The player begins at the penalty point. He runs to the first ball. He recovers the ball. He dribbles into the penalty area and shoots. He tries to send the ball off the ground into the goal.
Players may shoot from any distance once they are in the penalty area. Once a player has shot, he begins again with another ball. When one minute has elapsed, the sound of a whistle indicates the end of the test.
